  I have a fifth wheel RV that holds two 30lb tanks. I have an extra tank that I have for back-up and wanted to get it re-certified so that I would be able to use it if needed. I called Blossom and was told they re-certify tanks for around $10. I brought the tank in and the woman behind the counter reiterated what I had been told on the phone. The next day I came into their office to pick up my tank and was told my bill was about $34. Puzzled by the amount, I informed the woman that I was told it would be around $10. She told me they refill it at the time of re-certification and so I had to pay for propane as well. I told her they should have given me this information before. I didn't need or want the tank filled up, and I pay much less than their prices when I do fill up my tanks. I felt like a bait and switch. There are other places to go that re-certify tanks and will be upfront, my advice is to take your business elsewhere. I certainly will.
